Egg salad is one of my favorite sandwiches! Using tartar sauce as a base is a nice surprise.
Combine:
6 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
1/3 cup tartar sauce
Garnish with
lettuce
Yield: 4 sandwiches
